September 20 to October 6
For the next three weeks, all students from Kinder through 5th grades will take the Measures of Academic Progress assessment (MAP). MAP is an assessment to measure their Math, English, and Spanish growth and proficiency. Our instructional staff uses this as one data point to help inform instruction for all students. Click on the images to enlarge.
You will also find these dates on your ParentSquare calendar.

If you are interested in participating and lending our school community your cultural artifacts and/or volunteering during the event, please fill out this form.

HEALTH & SAFETY
As a school in a densely populated urban area, safety of students, staff, and families is of paramount importance. Please click here (make sure you login into your PArentSquare) to read some recent enhancements. These additional measures supplement training of all staff for a range of potential situations, including fire drills, lockdown drills, and shelter in place. Even as we perform these emergency drills, our goal is to remain calm and composed in front of your children. As parents and caregivers, we invite you to talk to your child about how they experience these drills.
SCHOOL SERVICES
If you have not completed the meal enrollment form for your child/ren, please do so by logging into your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus (scroll down to the "documents" tab on the left side.) This would help the kitchen team accurately and efficiently prepare breakfast and lunch for all students who would like to eat.
Food is not denied to any student, but if a student is not enrolled, then they might get an alternative meal due to supply. So we highly recommend enrolling if you would like your child to be guaranteed what's on the menu.
Breakfast is free for all students, and lunch is a monthly fee of $100 unless you qualify for FARM.
Questions about FARM application or billing? - meals@mundoverdepcs.org.
