Re-enrollment Process for Current Students
Re-enrollment for all current students opens on March 27, 2026. Please complete all three parts of the re-enrollment process by May 1, 2026.
The re-enrollment process consists of three key steps:

Complete Parts 1 and 2 of re-enrollment by May 1, 2026, to secure your child’s spot; Part 3 is due before the first day of school.

Part 1: Online Re-enrollment
Complete the re-enrollment form through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you need technology support (username and password), please email platforms@mundoverdepcs.org.
Part 2: Document Submission & E-Signatures
Proof of Residency: Click here for a list of acceptable documentation in English and Spanish.
Complete the DC Proof of Residency Form here in English and Spanish. Note: The parent/guardian who completes the DC Residency Form must be the same person listed on the supporting documents. The names and addresses must match.
Part 3: Health Documentation
Submit the completed oral and health forms; ensure your doctors sign them and include your name and contact information. Click here to submit the DC Oral Health Form and DC Universal Health Form.
Health forms required:
To prevent the spread of infectious diseases, all students must be fully immunized before entering school and before participating in school-based activities. For more information, please visit the District of Columbia School Immunization Policy.
